We envisioned our community's spirit helping create access to the funding and resources our neighbors need to thrive as they live daily lives with blindness. The "Sound for Sore Eyes" Live Music Venue Tour is a Dallas Eagle Riders 3108 charity effort to promote and host a fun music-oriented fundraising effort.
As a charity group we strive to build bridges between our area's generous donors and those in need within our very own community. As People Helping People, we will be working together over this Summer with the Dallas area's best live music venues, their incredible live musicians, live music fans, and the generously donated musical instruments our community is willing to offer to enrich the lives of local people living with blindness. The Summer's tour events and fundraising efforts benefits the local DFW Chapter of FOUNDATION FIGHTING BLINDNESS.
Together, as a community in the Music City of Dallas, we create positive and lasting change in real people's lives.

EGBDF GBDFA FACE ACEG Means the same to those with, and those without eyesight.
Your unused and under-appreciated musical instrument can become a bridge to socialization with music-minded friends for a blind person.
Musician is a skilled trade with employable value for a blind person with proper training and instrument access.
This international charity organization began over a hundred years ago with musician and actor entertainers went on strike against their live venue theater owners. The parties wisely and productively work together in a spirit of charity to become the "Order of Good Things" which would later became the F.O.E.. This organization donates over $10,000,000 dollars annually to charities through its fundraising activities.
All the members of our charitable motorcycle enthusiasts must first be dedicated members of the F.O.E. or its Ladies Auxiliary of our Dallas home F.O.E. #3108. Our riders group was formed in 2018 and have now raised and donated thousands in funds for worthy charitable causes ranging from Toys for Tots to Diabetes Research, to helping in charitable fundraising for breast cancer victims in their fight for life-saving treatment.
A major milestone fundraiser event for our group was the "Big & Bold Bike and Jeep Show" where we brought charities, businesses, bikers, a church, and our community together to admire really cool motorcycles and Jeeps while also raising badly needed funding for a prestigious diabetes research center which is currently a leader in life-saving breakthroughs in the fight against diabetes.
